All About Me

My name is Megan Hamrick! I have a bachelors degree in elementary education and working on my masters in reading education at Appalachian State University. I am from a small town in NC & have known from a very young age I want to be a teacher. The thing I am most passionate about is giving children the opportunity to want to learn. This world has so much to offer for little minds and learning can be so much fun! Let’s make this journey worthwhile and impress little minds in a positive way TOGETHER🍎

What do I like to do for fun? 

I enjoy just about anything outside! Sunshine or snow you can find me my happiest outside. As seen in the slideshow I had the opportunity to travel to Ireland and see the Cliffs of Moher. It was by far the most beautiful view I could have ever imagined!

Who am I always around?

If you see me with two little cuties, there is a 99% chance it is my little cousins Paisley and Piper (as seen in pictures). I cannot imagine my life without them. They are truly my pride and joy.

Who are all those people?

I am so incredibly close with my family. I am close with both my parents, my older sister and her children, and my older brother. Yes, I am the baby of the family. I am so glad I have such amazing people to guide me through this life.
